This Shipping Policy explains how Styleup Innovation LLC, doing business as Styleup Innovation ("Styleup Innovation," "we," "us," or "our"), processes and ships orders placed on https://styleupinnovation.com (the "Site"). This policy forms part of, and uses the same definitions as, our Terms & Conditions.

1. Where We Ship

We ship within the United States, to addresses in the 48 contiguous states.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), PO Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

We do not offer international shipping. If an order is placed with a shipping address we cannot serve, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is successfully received.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time, or on a weekend or U.S. federal holiday, are treated as received on the next business day.

"Business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

During high-volume periods — such as holidays, product launches, or promotional events — processing may take longer. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date your order ships (not the date the order is placed). Combined with our 1–2 business day processing time, most orders arrive within 4–7 business days of being placed.

We offer Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $6.99 per order. The shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and reserve the right to select the carrier for your order.

4. Delivery Estimates Are Not Guarantees

Delivery timeframes are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, high shipping volumes, incorrect address information, or other events outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been handed to the carrier, but we will help you resolve delivery issues as described below.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at the time of your purchase, we will notify you and offer you the choice to either accept the revised shipping date or cancel your order for a full refund.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@styleupinnovation.com.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us at support@styleupinnovation.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to correct the address if the order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because the address you provided was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs in this situation are your responsibility.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost in transit: If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears lost, contact us at support@styleupinnovation.com. We will open an inquiry with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

Marked delivered but not received: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your building's package area, and allow 48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early. If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.

Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Risk of loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver your order to the carrier. Even so, we will assist in resolving lost or damaged shipment claims as described in this section.

8. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment, and you will not be charged any shipping fees beyond what was displayed at checkout.

9. Order Cancellations Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible at support@styleupinnovation.com. Cancellation terms are described in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
