Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations work at Styleup Innovation LLC, doing business as Styleup Innovation ("Styleup Innovation," "we," "us," or "our"), for purchases made on https://styleupinnovation.com (the "Site"). This policy forms part of, and uses the same definitions as, our Terms & Conditions.

1. Our 30-Day Return Promise
We want you to love your bag. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the conditions in this policy.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, an item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date (as shown by carrier tracking);
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it;
- Free of scratches, stains, odors (including perfume or smoke), makeup marks, and signs of wear;
- Returned with all original tags attached and in the original packaging, including any dust bag, protective wrapping, straps, or accessories that came with the item; and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or order confirmation email).
We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if an item comes back used, damaged by the Customer, or missing components — unless the item is defective or the return is otherwise required by law.
3. How to Start a Return
Email us at support@styleupinnovation.com within the 30-day return window. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
We will respond within 1 business day with your return authorization, the return shipping address, and instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
Pack the item securely — ideally in its original packaging — to prevent damage in transit.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without proof of shipment.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is our fault (we shipped the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective): we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, fit, or style preference): you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a defective item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that your refund has been approved or declined.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
If your refund has not arrived within a reasonable time after our approval email, first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us at support@styleupinnovation.com and we will help trace it.
We do not issue refunds in cash or to a payment method other than the one used for the original purchase, except where the original method is unavailable (for example, a closed account). In that case, we will work with you on an alternative permitted by our payment processor.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item — for example, a different color or style — simply return the original item for a refund under this policy and place a new order for the item you want.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, that is not treated as an exchange. We will make it right with a replacement at no cost to you, subject to availability, or a full refund, as described in Section 7.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@styleupinnovation.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
We will make it right with a replacement, repair, or full refund — including original and return shipping costs.
This section does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law, including any implied warranties that cannot be disclaimed.
8. Order Cancellations
Within 24 hours of purchase: You may cancel an unshipped order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, before shipment: Contact us at support@styleupinnovation.com or +1 917-299-7143 as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
After shipment: Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may instead return it under this policy after delivery.
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request made after the 24-hour window will reach us before your order ships.
9. Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and it meets the eligibility requirements in Section 2, contact us at support@styleupinnovation.com with the order number (ask the gift giver if needed). Refunds for gift returns are issued to the original purchaser's payment method.
10. Abuse of This Policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit future purchases in cases of suspected fraud or abuse — for example, repeated returns of used items, returns of items that do not match what was shipped, or excessive serial returning. This does not affect your rights with respect to defective items or your rights under applicable law.
