This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled for purchases made from Styleup Innovation LLC, doing business as Styleup Innovation ("Styleup Innovation," "we," "us," or "our"), on https://styleupinnovation.com (the "Site"). This policy forms part of, and uses the same definitions as, our Terms & Conditions.

1. Currency

All prices on the Site are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your payment method is denominated in another currency, your bank or card issuer will apply its own exchange rate and may charge conversion fees, which are outside our control.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment via PayPal. Depending on the options available in PayPal's checkout, you may pay using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or an eligible credit or debit card processed through PayPal.

We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency, and we do not currently sell or accept gift cards. If we add payment methods in the future, this policy will be updated.

3. When You Are Charged

Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order.

If we cancel your order for any reason after payment has been taken — for example, product unavailability or a pricing error — we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Payment Processing and Security

Payments on the Site are processed by PayPal, a third-party payment processor.

We do not store your full card number, security code (CVV), or other complete payment credentials on our own servers. Payment information is transmitted directly to PayPal using encryption (TLS/SSL).

PayPal is responsible for handling your payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable payment card industry (PCI DSS) security standards.

While we and PayPal use commercially reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Billing Information and Authorization

By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided;
  • The billing information you provide — name, billing address, and contact details — is accurate and complete; and
  • You authorize us and PayPal to charge the total order amount, including product price, shipping charges, and applicable taxes, to your selected payment method.

If your payment cannot be processed — for example, because it is declined, expired, or flagged — your order will not be accepted. We may contact you to arrange an alternative payment method, or the order may be canceled.

6. Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We collect and remit sales tax where required by law. Tax amounts shown at checkout are determined by the current rates and rules in the relevant jurisdiction. We do not support tax-exempt purchases at this time.

7. Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, promotional codes: (a) cannot be combined with other offers; (b) have no cash value; (c) are limited to one per order; and (d) may be subject to expiration dates, minimum purchase amounts, or product exclusions stated in the offer.

If you return an item purchased with a promotional discount, your refund will reflect the amount you actually paid after the discount.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that misuse promotional codes, including codes that were not validly issued or were obtained through unauthorized distribution.

8. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, orders may be screened for fraud by us or by PayPal.

We may contact you to verify your identity or billing information before processing an order, and we may cancel and refund any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

Attempted payment fraud may be reported to payment processors, financial institutions, and law enforcement.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an error with a charge from us, please contact us first at support@styleupinnovation.com or +1 917-299-7143. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

You may also be able to raise a dispute through PayPal's Resolution Center under PayPal's Purchase Protection program, which is governed by PayPal's own terms.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a transaction you authorized, while keeping the merchandise, may constitute chargeback abuse. We reserve the right to contest disputes we believe are invalid, provide evidence to PayPal or the card networks, and decline future orders from customers who file fraudulent disputes.

Nothing in this section limits your right to dispute charges with your card issuer under the Fair Credit Billing Act or other applicable law.

10. Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we may cancel any order placed at that price — whether or not the order has been confirmed — and issue a full refund of any amount charged. See Section 4 of our Terms & Conditions.

11. Receipts and Records
