I'm Rozina Ahmed. This is my shop. I sell handbags, I run it out of Jamaica, Queens, and there are a few of us.

Why there's a shop at all

For a couple of years I had a running problem with handbags, which I realise sounds like a small thing to have a running problem with.

Under $70 the choice was basically a bag that looked cheap or a bag that fell apart, and every so often I'd manage to buy one that did both. So I'd spend more. Then the bag would last, but the design would be dull in the way expensive things often are. Beige. Very safe. Nothing you'd notice.

I complained about this for a long time. In 2026 I stopped complaining and opened a shop instead.

We started this year, so there isn't a long history to tell you and I'm not going to invent one. What I can promise is the part I actually control:

The description tells you what the bag is
The measurements are on every product page
I say what it's made of
The price is the price
Someone real answers the support inbox, usually me

The bags

I look at a lot and say no to most of them. It isn't a scientific process. I'm mostly asking three things: would I carry it, does it fit a real day's worth of stuff (keys, phone, wallet, the water bottle you keep meaning to drink), and can I tell you what it's made of without hedging.

Most of ours are synthetic leather. That's stated on the product page along with the dimensions, because "medium" is a useless word. My friend's medium tote is my weekend bag.

At the moment: structured totes, shoulder and top-handle bags, drawstring bucket bags, and some beaded box clutches for going out.

The collection is small and I'd like to keep it that way for now. Every bag on the site is one I've had in my hands.

Who you're buying from

Styleup Innovation LLC. We're the seller and merchant of record on every order, which means if something goes wrong you're dealing with us, not some third party you've never heard of.

Orders are packed here in Queens by our team, and I still help pack them. If the tape on your box is crooked, that was me.

Money

Prices are in US dollars.

The number on the product page is the bag. Shipping is $6.99, sales tax gets added if it applies where you are, and you see the whole total at checkout before you commit to anything.

I don't put a price up so I can stick a bigger discount on it later.

Shipping

$6.99 flat, however many bags you order.

Usually 3 to 5 business days in total. One or two of those are us packing it, the rest is the carrier. We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Order before 5pm Eastern and it goes into that day's batch.

Returns

30 calendar days from the day it arrives.

No restocking fee. Charging one always struck me as a strange way to treat somebody who's just told you they're unhappy.

Paying

Checkout runs through PayPal. Depending on where you are and what you're using, you might see PayPal, Venmo, a credit or debit card, a bank-funded payment, or something else PayPal supports.

I never see your full card number. I don't store it, I don't see your security code, and I definitely don't have your PayPal or Venmo password. That all stays between you, PayPal and your bank. The Payment Policy has the detail.
